A comprehensive range of fertility services
Situated in Tralee, The Scotia Clinic specializes in four areas – fertility, menopause, pelvic pain and gynecology. In addition we now provide shared/satellite care fertility care with IVF clinics in Ireland, Europe and America, making fertility treatment more accessible to people in Munster.
Scotia Clinic offers a comprehensive range of fertility services, including IVF (in vitro fertilization) treatment. As part of their our IVF services, we also provide shared care services, which involve working collaboratively with a patient’s local healthcare provider to ensure continuity of care throughout the IVF process.
Shared care services include initial consultations, ultrasound monitoring, blood tests, and medication management. We are specialists in egg freezing, surrogacy and in caring for same sex couples.

The Staff of The Scotia Clinic under the leadership of Dr. Mary McCaffrey Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist and provide a safe and high quality care for all patients.
Women’s health issues are treated by a team of specialist consultants, supported by nurses, physiotherapists and counsellors, and with an emphasis on privacy, choice and dignity.
All of our specialties are supported by state-of-the-art diagnostic facilities including onsite ultrasound scanning, rapid access to laboratory results, onsite phlebotomy and NIPT testing. We are also linked to top foetal medicine consultants.
